It has been a while since my last post. I do apologize, but you know how it goes sometimes! Life has been moving at 100 miles per hour lately, yet my body is only capable of 95!
I will never dispute the fact that the best deep dish pizza on the planet is in Chicago, but I challenged myself to create something almost as good. I am happy to say mission accomplished and challenge met with my Triple Cheese Double Meat Deep Dish Pizza! Pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, San Marzano tomatoes, and more!
Rather than detailing every step in writing, I think the pictures below speak for themselves and to see it being made in action, check out the video!
This was worth every step and it took me right back to Chicago in my own kitchen. If you make one also, let me know how it turns out!
