One pan wonder!

I love to cook, but sometimes I just want to make something easy. Today's breakfast fit the bill with my Meat Lovers Breakfast Bake! One pan filled to the brim with bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, potatoes, and eggs? Yes please!
I started with the bacon and sausage which I cooked at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Then I removed to a paper towel lined plate.
Next up was the potato layer which I seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and some red pepper flakes.
I spread it all out evenly over the bacon and sausage grease for added flavor. Then back into the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
After the potatoes were cooked and starting to brown, I topped with cheese (cheddar and mozzarella) and made some wells for the eggs, then added the bacon and sausage, ham, salt, and pepper. Back into the oven one last time for 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs were set.
The last step was a sprinkling of fresh chives and some buttery, toasted English muffins. Perfection!
