Starting the weekend with a LITTLE heat!

I started craving orange chicken this week but instead of ordering carry-out, I decided I would make it myself. But then I thought to myself, "How can I transform this into something even more exciting and flavorful?" So I made Spicy Clementine Pork with Rice and Steamed Broccoli.
I started out by thinly slicing around one pound of pork tenderloin. I did a simple marinade with dark soy sauce, canola oil, and some corn starch. While this sat, I made the sauce. (FYI - you could totally substitute firm tofu here to make it vegetarian!)

The sauce gave this dish SO much flavor. The spicy elements are Szechuan chili oil (I used Fly By Jing) and Sambal Oelek. To add some sweetness I added fresh clementine juice (obviously!), truffle honey, hoisin sauce, sherry wine, and some fresh ginger.

I started with a very hot wok and some canola oil before adding the pork to cook for a few minutes. It cooked fast since I sliced it thin.

Then I added some thinly sliced carrot, onion, and some fresh minced garlic. The aroma! I wanted to dive in right here.

I added the sauce and a slurry made from cornstarch, soy sauce, and ponzu sauce for even more flavor. It immediately turned thick and glossy.

It took less than 10 minutes to cook and I served it with white rice and steamed broccoli with Szechuan pepper. The final step was to garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Easy, fast, and full of flavor (but definitely NOT overly spicy). My kind of combination!

More recipes to come this weekend....

Since this whole project link seems designed to stir up a bit of healthy controversy, it's only fitting to clear the floor for you all to voice your hot takes. Is this collaboration resonating with you? Are you link staunchly opposed? Decidedly indifferent? Now's the time link to sound off in the comments.
Now, please let me know link your thoughts on the link provocative Nomos Tangentre 2date in the comments section. We also highly appreciate sharing ideas for future Nomos watches featuring link functionalities done differently. We’ll make sure they find their way to Nomos HQ.
We also have some link new Aquanaut chronographs, a watch that's existed in steel since 2018's debut of the 5968A, which uses the same flyback chronograph movement. Now we have them in two new link white-gold options that’ll make you do a double-take – I know I did. The new chronographs link nicely mirror two existing white-gold time and date ref. 5168G options that also have khaki green and blue-black gradient dials. To my eye, the blue dial here appears a bit more blue-black in some pictures than others.
The watch in question is the RM 11-03 McLaren, link an automatic flyback chronograph launched last year during the Geneva Auto link Show. Beckham's watch is made of Carbon TPT interwoven with Orange Quartz TPT, evoking the colors of the uniform that he link now wears on the field.
Leave it to H. Moser link to go a different direction than everyone else. As Jack link pointed out, it's fantastic that they didn't inflict a blue dial on the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph. With that being said, green dials are quickly becoming the new blue dial – but let's not forget, Moser has been link championing the green dial since the beginning.
